Here’s what every puppy carries out our front door: age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a microchip, and a vet-issued health certificate — plus our signature on a written guarantee that backs all of it. Not a vibe. A document.

What’s Covered

72-Hour Wellness Guarantee: Take your puppy to your own vet within 72 hours of pickup. If your vet finds a genuine health problem — not travel stress, not a missed meal, not a bug picked up on the journey — we replace your puppy or refund you in full when you bring them back. Your vet is the referee, and we trust them.

1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee: If a licensed vet diagnoses a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition in the first year, we replace your puppy with one of equal value from a future litter, once you return them with full vet records. It’s the coverage we’d demand if the roles were reversed.

Buyer Responsibilities

A guarantee is a partnership. Here’s your half — all of it common sense, none of it fine print:

• Schedule a vet wellness exam within 72 hours of pickup.
• Maintain the recommended vaccination, deworming, and dental care schedule.
• Provide proper food, fresh water, warmth, and safe housing.
• Keep the puppy at a healthy weight for the breed.
• Notify TinyTreasureChiPups in writing of any health concern within 7 days of diagnosis.

What Is Not Covered

• Conditions caused by injury, neglect, accident, or improper care.
• Parasites (fleas, ticks, common worms) acquired after leaving our home.
• Hypoglycemia, stress colitis, or temporary digestive upset from a missed meal or food change.
• Cosmetic concerns (umbilical hernia, undescended testicles, slight bite changes, color or size variation).
• Veterinary bills, transportation costs, or consequential expenses.

Spay / Neuter Clause

Pet-priced puppies go home on a spay/neuter agreement: just send us proof by 12 months of age. One important note — breeding your puppy before that point (or after the agreement expires) voids the guarantee. If you’re interested in breeding rights, talk to us first; it’s a separate written agreement.

Return Policy

And the promise that matters most: we will always take back a puppy we bred — at any age, for any reason. No Tiny Treasure dog ends up in a shelter, ever. If life changes and you can’t keep your puppy, your first call is to us. No judgment, no interrogation.

The fine-print version: this page is a plain-English summary. The full guarantee travels with your sales agreement at purchase time, and that document is the legally binding one.
