What We Do Not Do
Let’s say it plainly, because it matters: we never ship puppies as cargo, by mail, or unaccompanied. If a breeder offers you that, run. Our puppies travel with a person, in the cabin, every time. No exceptions.
What Comes Home With Your Puppy
Your puppy doesn’t arrive empty-handed. The go-home bag includes everything below — so night one feels familiar, not frightening:
- Vet-issued health certificate and vaccination record
- Microchip registration paperwork
- Starter bag of the food they are already eating
- A small blanket carrying mom and littermates’ scent
- A favorite chew toy
- Written care guide
- Signed sales agreement and health guarantee
Travel Day Tips
The ride home is your puppy’s first adventure with you. Make it a gentle one:
- Bring a soft carrier, a small towel, and bottled water for the trip home.
- Offer water often, food sparingly, on the journey.
- Plan a quiet first night — no big greetings, no parties, no other pets meeting yet.
- Schedule your vet wellness check within 72 hours of arrival.
