Reserve your puppy for $500 — fully transferable, always

Terms & Conditions

Your signed Sales Agreement is the legally binding contract. This page is the friendly summary — what depositing, reserving, and bringing your puppy home actually looks like, so there are no surprises. (Hey, no small print surprises.)

How to Reserve a Puppy

Five steps, no pressure at any of them. You can walk away at any point before the deposit — and after, if a health issue is found on our vet’s end.

  • Inquire. Send the form (or a text) about the puppy you’re interested in.
  • Get to know us. We answer your questions and happily hop on a live video call so you can see the puppy and their mother before paying anything.
  • Deposit. When you’re ready, $500 reserves your puppy and takes them off the available list.
  • Updates. Photos and videos until go-home day — you’ll watch them grow.
  • Go-home day. Pay the remaining balance, sign the Sales Agreement, and take your puppy home (or meet your flight nanny).

We reserve the right to decline any sale if we believe a home is not a good fit for the puppy. We’re sure you understand — this cuts both ways, and every time we’ve done it, it’s been about the puppy.

Pricing

Each puppy’s price is shown on its listing. The price includes:

  • [vaccinations and deworming to date, vet health certificate, microchip, starter kit, registration papers].

Delivery costs (ground or flight nanny) are not included. They are quoted separately before booking.

Deposits

$500 per puppy, applied to the purchase price. Think of it as a hold on a puppy someone else wants — it comes off the market the moment it lands, so we say goodbye to other families.

Non-refundable, but transferable. Plans change, we get it. You can move your deposit once to another available puppy or a future litter within [6] months.

Your deposit is refunded in full if any of these happen — every one of them outside your control:

  • – Our vet finds a health problem with the puppy before go-home day
  • – The puppy passes away before go-home day
  • – We cancel the sale for any reason

– Balance due: the remaining balance is due 2 days before delivery.

– Missed pickup: if you don’t collect or arrange delivery within 7 days of the agreed go-home date (and haven’t been in touch), the puppy may be offered to another family. Boarding beyond that date may be charged at $50 per day.

Go-Home Age

Puppies go home no earlier than 8 weeks of age , once they have been vet checked and are eating well on their own. We may keep a very small puppy longer if their health requires it.

Pickup & Delivery

  • – In-person pickup at our home by appointment and free of charge.
  • – Ground nanny and in-cabin flight nanny delivery can be arranged at the buyer’s cost. Puppies never travel as cargo or unaccompanied.
  • – The puppy becomes your responsibility once it is handed to you, or to your delivery nanny if you arranged the nanny yourself.

See our Pickup & Delivery page for full details.

Returns & Rehoming

Life happens — allergies, moves, changing circumstances. We will always take back a puppy we bred, at any age, for any reason. A Tiny Treasure dog never ends up in a shelter or a rescue. Your first call, always, is to us.

Refunds on returned dogs are not provided except as described in the Health Guarantee or as required by law.

Photos & Descriptions

Listing photos are of the actual puppy offered. Adult size, weight, coat, and color are estimates based on parents and litter history and cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in our Health Guarantee or required by law, we are not responsible for vet bills, transportation costs, or other expenses after the puppy leaves our care. We are also not responsible for illness or injury caused by improper care, accidents, or conditions after pickup.

Terms are more fun when someone walks you through them line by line — and we’re happy to do exactly that, before you commit to a thing. Email: info@crowntreasurepups.com
